The mission of the Polakoff Foundation is to endeavor to raise funds, create awareness and make services available to glaucoma patients and those who may be at risk for glaucoma.

Local Charities

TBB Global Logistics, Inc. sponsors many charities throughout the year. In the past we have delivered Easter Baskets to the children at Access of York, canned goods to Helping Hands for the Homeless and had a charity drive to raise funds for The Baltimore Zoo. Our philanthropic efforts are also extended to our local community.  Donations are made each year to Access of York and The Helping Hands for the Homeless.

Annual Campaigns

Each year TBB Global Logistics, Inc. selects a different charity to sponsor and raises money for the selected charity. Some charities we have sponsored in the past include The American Cancer Society, The American Heart Association, Glaucoma Research Foundation, Make-A-Wish Foundation and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

TBB's adopted charity for 2009 is Fisher House^TM.  Supporting America's military in their time of need, Fisher House provides a home away from home that enables family members to be close to a loved one at the most stressful time -- during hospitalization for an illness, disease or injury.  There is at least one Fisher House^TM at every major military medical center to assist families in need and to ensure that they are provided with the comforts of home in a supportive environment.  Learn more.
